POWERLIFTING COACHING
For those who already compete in powerlifting, those who want to train with the goal of entering a competition in the near future or those who just want to experience training like a powerlifter.
Sessions are one-to-one and programmes cater for all levels from complete beginners to elite level lifters. I will work with you to develop technical excellence and proficiency (specific to your body type and levers) in all three lifts (back squat, bench press and deadlift) and coach you through my carefully designed programmes to keep your lifting and numbers progressing. We will get you to the platform ready to display your true strength and hit PB’s when it really matters!

PERSONAL TRAINING
For those who want to learn excellent lifting technique, build muscle, increase strength and improve their fitness and physique.
Sessions can be 1-2-1 or semi-private (2 people) and programmes cater for sports players, athletes and gym goers of all levels of ability and experience. I will work closely with you to ensure I provide everything necessary for you to reach the level you aspire to. It is very important to me that I get you to your goals the right way. My approach will improve your movement, develop your lifting techniques, improve your work capacity and reduce your risk of injury whilst working through the appropriate training modalities to get you to your performance, physique and fitness goals.

Whether you are an athlete or sports player, get ready to hit the ground running and start the new season with higher levels of strength, power, speed and fitness than your competition. I will design a carefully planned programme to make sure you’re general preparedness is at its peak as your sports season or pre-season approaches. I will make your programme specific to the amount of time you have and the deadline you give me.
Already started your season? No problem! I will design your program to focus on specific areas of weakness that will make a difference to your performance, whilst optimally maintaining your current strength levels. Appropriate measures will be taken to ensure the prescribed training will not interfere with any other weekly training sessions and will have no negative impact on your performance due to too high levels of fatigue.

ONLINE COACHING
For those who may not be able to make 1-2-1 sessions in person.
ATHLETES AND GYM GOERS
I will work with you remotely to ensure you have everything you need to make your training sessions productive and effective to reaching your goal. Whether building up to a competition, improving strength, speed and power for performance or building muscle and improving body composition for a great physique, I will provide you with the programmes and most comprehensive support and advice to do so.
ONLINE COACHING FOR POWERLIFTERS
Get coaching and programming to help you develop your lifting and progress your numbers. We will cover your lifting background and history extensively in our first consultation. It is important for us to develop a good level of understanding with each other. Tell me your long term goal and together we will set some shorter term goals to achieve this. I will assess and analyse your three lifts, feedback will be provided and I will design your programme with all gathered information taken into account. We will stay in close contact throughout the process so I can provide the necessary support and advice to ensure your success.
My online coaching services are paid for with 1 monthly fee. I also provide single one time consultations and 4-6 week training programs.
